Financing the Race: Karrin Taylor Robson Leads GOP Candidates in Funds
As the gubernatorial race heats up, new financial disclosures reveal that Republican candidate Karrin Taylor Robson is leading her party in campaign funding. She currently holds approximately $1.1 million in available funds.
Robson’s financial advantage is partly due to her significant personal investment of over $2.2 million into her campaign efforts, helping her amass the largest cash reserve among her Republican peers.
To date, Robson has expended around $3.6 million in her bid for governor.
Among her GOP competitors, Andy Biggs reported having roughly $785,000 by the end of the previous year. David Schweikert, who entered the race in October, had just under $280,000, positioning him with the smallest war chest among the three.
In contrast, Democratic Governor Katie Hobbs reported a formidable sum of $6.2 million for her reelection campaign as of 2025, significantly outpacing her Republican opponents.
